So what is the Non Permitted Project? 

The Non Permitted Project is a grassroots organization of passionate individuals committed to reaching people who need immediate assistance in moments of mental crisis. We do this by providing resources through an on call network, standing by to cast a lifeline. We also host several public events throughout the year allowing individuals to participate through expressions of art, poetry, music, or simply an open mic with a non judgmental and caring audience who are dedicated to truly listening. We serve everyone, and are a great resource for those who do not have health insurance to cover mental health issues. Nothing is taboo, and that’s why we are  the Non Permitted Project.
